I call bullshit
So I just received (about 15 minutes ago) a UPS 2-day air shipment of two gift cards, one $30 and one $35. Interestingly, the return address on the envelope is to a Maxine Snow in Des Moines, IA but the origin of the package is in Mesquite, TX. WTF?
Whatever happened to the gift cards being “re-sent” on June 5? Is this actually the third set of gift cards that have been dispatched my way? Whatever happened to two weeks delivery time because of the USPS? Last I checked, the USPS was not the same as UPS. And where the hell is my refund of the dryer that was picked up almost a month ago?
Going by their track record, everything with Sears.com (except for the refrigerator refund) has been either gross incompetence or a flat-out lie.
