I love getting snowed over. I’m going to be calling Sears’ executive customer relations on Monday because this is fraudulent what they are pulling.
Now my problems with not getting a refund and not getting my gift card need to be “researched” by other departments, even though I was told LAST week that they were all sent out and things were peaches and cream.
I was on the phone for almost 25 minutes, and I got the recording again:
I can’t believe the kind of crooked stuff these guys are pulling. If I don’t get anywhere with the executive customer service people, I’m going to be filing a lawsuit. I’ll definitely be making them aware of this website and the recordings I’ve made.
