Not good

So I called Sears.com today about the refund for the dryer, and the agent on the phone asked for my order number and immediately said she needed to look through the notes. I believe that I’ve spoken with this person before, which would explain a lot. She asked if it was regarding the product that was picked up on the 18th. I informed her that it was about the product picked up on the 20th, and she immediately put me on hold again for a while.

She said the refund should be pushed through within 2 business days, but with this whole May 18/May 20 business, I’m not so sure. Let’s hope I get refunded for the service contract, too.

Still waiting for the appeasement gift card.
